Mega Management Development Program (MMDP) - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field (minimum GPA 3,3)
• Have leadership and organizational experiences
• Strong need achievement
• Good communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia)
• Willing to join 1 year of MMDP educational program in Jakarta

LEGAL OFFICER (LO)
Requirements:

• S1 majoring in Law
• Have at least 1 year working experience, particularly in the areas of Legal
• Understanding the legal aspects of banking business and the problem
• Have the interpersonal skills and good communication

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (IT)
Requirements:

• Having experience in the field of information technology at least 2 years in banking
• Minimum D3 majoring in computer / technical information
• Web programming, Java, PHP, Concepts Datawarehouse (ETL, BI / Business Intellegence)
• Min Certificate CCNA (Network), Linux
• Information Security Issues, SDLC Concept & Implementation

CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS) and Teller (TL)
Requirements:

• Education minimum D3
• Maximum age 26 years
• Attract a disproportionate appearance, have good communication skills

BACK OFFICE (BO)
Requirements:

• Minimum D3
• Maximum age 26 years
• Accounting background preferred, and has served a good soul
