Pengumuman Hasil Test CPNS diundur tanggal 19 September 2012

JAKARTA - Sebelum mengumumkan hasil test kompetensi dasar (TKD) CPNS, yang semula direncanakan Senina (17/09), Kementerian PAN dan RB terlebih dahulu akan menyerahkan hasil test dimaksud kepada Pejabat pembina Kepegawaian (PPK) masing-masing instansi, yang akan dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 19 September 2012. Hal itu dilakukan untuk menghormati instansi pemerintah penyelenggara test CPNS 2012, mengingat yang berwenang mengumumkan memang PPK di masing-masing instansi.

Demikian antara lain ditegaskan oleh Menteri PAN dan RB Azwar Abubakar dalam jumpa pers di kantornya, Senin (17/09). “Setelah diserahkan, sore hari itu juga akan diumumkan di www.menpan.go.id, dan www.kompas.com,” ujar Menteri yang didampingi Sekretaris Kementerian PAN dan RB Tasdik  Kinanto, dan Deputi SDM Aparatur Kementerian PAN dan RB Ramli E.I. Naibaho.

Menurut Ramli, sebenarnya pengolahan hasil test PNS di gedung BPPT itu masih on schedule, dan pada tanggal 17 September sudah selesai. “Softcopy-nya sudah diserahkan oleh konsorsium sepuluh PTN ke Panitia Nasional. Tetapi karena menunggu diserahkan ke panitia lokal, maka sementara disimpan dulu di lemari, yang dikunci rapat, sehingga aman,” tambahnya.

Menteri mengaku, pihaknya  belum tahu isinya, tapi kami tidak mau mempengaruhi hasil yang telah dirampungkan oleh konsorsium tersebut. “Tugas Kementerian PAN dan RB sebagai koordinator,” ujar Azwar.

Ditegaskan juga bahwa nantinya hasil yang diumumkan tersebut akan tetap mencantumkan nilai, sehingga peserta mengatahui, apakah dia lulus TKD atau tidak. Selain itu, hasil test juga akan diserahkan ke Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), sehingga ada empat pihak yang memiliki datanya. “Saya yakin, kalau dengan begini maka hasilnya tidak akan masuk angin, karena bila terjadi perbedaan, pasti ketahuan,”  tambah Menteri.

Dalam kesempatan itu, Ramli mengatakan, pelamar yang lolos seleksi administrasi hampir mencapai 200 ribu. Tetapi dari jumlah itu, yang ikut test hanya sekitar 165 ribu. “hal ini terjadi, karena banyak diantara pelamar yang mengajukan lamaran dan lolos seleksi administrasi di lebih  dari satu instansi. Akibatnya, saat mengikuti test pada tanggal 8 September 2012, mereka harus memilih salah satu.

Dia juga membenarkan adanya beberapa penyimpangan kecil, seperti ada joki yang akhirnya ketahuan kemudian diproses, dan dapat diselesaikan oleh panitia lokal. Ada juga peserta test di Kementerian Kesehatan yang membawa kabur soalnya, padahal seharunys setelah selesai harus langsung dimusnahkan.

Hal lain yang sempat membuat konsorsium 10 PTN mengerutkan keningnya, ada Lembar Jawaban Komputer yang formatnya berbeda dengan yang ada di konsorsium. “Akhirnya harus dibuat program lain, karena program yang semula tidak cocok,” tambahnya.
