- Not serves as CPNS / PNS, Candidate Members / Member TNI / police;
- Not a resident as a member of Political Party or its management;
- Never had not honorably discharged at his own request or not with respect as PNS / Member TNI / police or dismissed employees with respect as Private;
- Never been sentenced to imprisonment or confinement by court verdict;
- Meet Levels of education and meet the specified educational qualification.
- Graduated PTN / PTS accredited National Accreditation Board of Universities (BAN PT) as evidenced by numbers SK from the National Accreditation Board (BAN PT) and indicated on the education certificate / transcript.
- University graduates PTN / PTS, with accredited at least 'B' or foreign universities that have received approval from the Ministry of Education and Culture;
- Have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75 (two point seventy five) for a graduate degree (S1) and 2.65 (two point six-five) for three graduate Diploma (D3);
- Preferably have a TOEFL score> = 450.
