- Male with max age in 1 October 2012 : 28 years old (S1) and 25 years old (D3)
- GPA min 3.00
- Willing to be placed in Inalum's working areas (Kuala Tanjung and Paritohan)
- TOEFL Score min 450 (exact sciences majors) and 500 (non exact sciences majors) issued from reputable PTN or reputable institution that was affiliate with ILTS
- Have a Tax Brevet A & B certificate (for Accounting S1 & D3)
