- Minimum GPA 2.75 for Engineer and 3.00 for non Engineer
- Physically healthy and has no disabilities
- Willing to be placed in any PT. Indonesia Power's units
- Shall to undergo the working bond for 5 (five) years since following the Diklat Prajabatan
- Not married and willing to not get married during the Diklat Prajabatan
- Willing is not married with PT Indonesia Power employee if the accepted as a PT Indonesia Power employee
- Applicant who possess Bachelor (S1) Degree is disallowed to apply for Diploma 3 positions (down grade).
- If there are the substantial differences in data between soft copy (uploaded) and hard copy (application documents) when the document verification process, it will ruling the candidates and cannot continue to the next selection stage
- The decision to call the applicant and determining the outcome of selection is the sole authority of PT Indonesia Power and can not be contested
