Sales Training Specialist (Staff Role) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in developing and delivering training modules related to systems, sales skills and interpersonal skills to serve sales training and sales process and system.
Requirements:
  • Age 25 – 35 years
  • Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) for more than 3 years
  • Bachelor degree
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent)

Internal Control Expert (Assistant Manager Role) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in assessing internal control and ensured all operational activities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as Government Regulations and conducting independent evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of management policies, procedures and controls; integrity of information; security over company’s resources; compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Age 35 – 45 years
  • Experience in Internal Control field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) for more than 3 years
  • Bachelor degree
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 900 score or equivalent)

POP and Dealer Marketing (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in regular monitoring dealer, wholesaler and POP stock material and developing sales program for dealer base on management target.

  • Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) for more than 3 years

Sales Area Manager (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in Coordination of the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its dealer network and monitors it on a monthly basis, Assistant to dealers in developing and implementing fleet sales program, wholesale and retail financing programs, Coordination of the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its dealer network and monitors it on a periodically basis.

Sales Initiative Planning (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in development of annual and mid and long term sales plans and monthly sales forecast, Analysis of monthly sales plan and forecast vs. results and development of recovery plans, Establishment annual objectives that focus improving the efficiency and expansion of the Company's business, Coordination and administration the Company's Dealer Database
Requirements:
  • Age 25 - 35 years
  • Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) for more than 3 years

HR & GA Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in supporting Human Resources and General Affairs team in order to provide a variety of programs and policies regarding employees and to provide general affairs support, addressing a broad variety of issues, maintaining files, create actions plan of HR & GA functions.
Requirements:
  • Age between 25 - 35 years old
  • Experience in HR & GA field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) for more than 3 years

Accounting Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assigned accounting functions for automotive company. Specific duties include processing accounts receivable and accounts payable; reconciling and reviewing expenses; communicating with vendors to resolve billing disputes; training and providing information on Finance & Accounting systems to other personnel; process all non sufficient fund checks; generating accounting reports and maintaining contracts.
Requirements:
  • Age between 25 – 35 years old
  • Having experience in Accounting field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) for more than 3 years
  • Hold Bachelor degree
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent)

Product Planning Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development successful product introductions to capture market share and grow sales. Manage brand and product specification, direct, and control business and marketing efforts for the products as well as research and development sales, business analysis and forecasting.
