The Institution establised since 1944 based on Bretton Woods Conference. In Indonesia, this institution located in Jakarta. World Bank Indonesia aimed to reduce poverty, health, AIDS, water and sanitation programs and economic growth. The World Bank seeks to recruit a dynamic prosessional to be based in Jakarta with following position :
Operations Officer for Papua
General Requirements:
- Master Degree (S2) in sociology, political science, economics, anthropology, or a related discipline
Relevant work experience in Indonesia, preferably with project management experience
Previous work experience in Papua/West Papua highly desirable; - Knowledge of/experience with World Bank policies, procedures, and operational activities desirable;
- Strong organizational capacity and demonstrated leadership skills, proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams;
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, internally and externally;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and tactfully to a variety of audiences;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Willingness to travel frequently to rural and extremely remote areas of Papua.
