Management Development Program (MDP) - The selected candidates will undergo a series of class and job training. This position offers exciting daily challenges, improve learning curve and opportunities to move up to top managerial level.
Requirements:
- Male & Female, max age 26 years old
- Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable University, Technical and non technical (Management, Marketing, Communication, and Psychology) with GPA min 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS). Graduates from overseas universities are welcome to apply.
- Maximum 2 years from graduation
- Computer literate
- Active in organization
- Driven, motivated and goal oriented
- English proficiency
- Willing to be place at Jakarta, Karawaci or First Media Regional.
