Authority :

- Reject or approve all facility employees filing
(An obligation that must be performed by the incumbent and it becomes the responsibility)
- Responsible for making the Offering Letter and Letter of Agreement / Contract Agreement
- Check and complete the administration of new employee
- Monitor the expiration of the probation contract or permanent employees, so that changes in employee status can run on time.
- Ensure payment of benefits and rights of other employees performing well.
- Responsible for employees' social security registration of employees.
- Doing pengecekkan administrative data completeness and eligibility of employees to apply for a loan
- Preparation of amortization payments report employees' health insurance
- Preparation of data report new hires and employees who resign
- Administrative checks and completeness of documents that must be returned to the company before resigning employees
- Male / Female
- Age 23-30 years
- Education minimum D3
- Work Experience: As an administrative staff of at least 1 year (Preferred who have experience as a staff HRD)

- Able to work under deadline demands
- Ms. computer literate. Office especially Excel
- Communicative

- English passive
- Having the ability to work with numbers
Requirements:
- Male / Female with age 30-40 years old
- Minimal S1
- Experienced as Head of Section / Department of Accounting or Taxation Min. 5 years
- Experienced in the field of accounting and taxation banking
- Having experience in the field of accounting and taxation Sharia
- Have the conceptual skills, technical and scientific knowledge so as to develop new concepts
- Have good communication skills
- Being able to create goals and work plan independently
- Mastering the system and procedures and methodology implementation tasks
- Able to work together, interact and communicate with other units
- Dedication, discipline and consistent and commitment in the implementation of work
