Customer Service Transport Supervisor - Bogor, Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Represent good image of the company by mediating between customer enquiry and transport operation capability
  • Handle customer in order to minimize level of customer complaints
  • Improve DHL KPI due to his function in service area
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, good communication skill, have knowledge in transportation management, strong, determine, energetic and self motivated represent good image of the company by.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/ Coordinators specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.

Billing Supervisor - Bogor (Kedung Halang)
With Job Responsibilities
  • Manage accurate and on time project billing to ensure fulfillment of agreed billing procedures and timetable with customers
  • Accurate and on time billing to all customers
  • Invoice monitoring  
  • Billing arrangement based on each contract’s requirements
  • Ensure completeness of supporting data before issuance of invoices to customers
  • Invoice monitoring and detection of incomplete or inaccurate vendors’ invoices which hold back on time billing to customer
  • Preparation of accurate accrual
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): analytical thinking, good computer skill, good in administration and financial.

  • To do develop recommend and implement system and procedural changes to improve department
  • To execute and monitors accrual process
  • To maintain data entry accuracy and AR integrity and meet the deadline
  • To bridge communication beetween vendor and internal department
  • To up date SOA in a weekly basis
