Sales Supervisor - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales target
- Managing designated Account Revenue and inventory
- Managing internal sales team and direct selling to the customer
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma Degree in any major.
- Having minimum 1 year experience of direct selling activity, preferably in mobile or telecommunication industry.
- Able to handle and manage market channel.
- Computer literate (excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross-functional and multiple location teams.
- Able to work under pressure and independently under minimum supervision and/or in a team.
- Does not have any issue with high level of travelling.
- Target and team oriented.
