ID_Packaging Specialist (Job Number: 110001V2)
Responsibility
- Manage capital investment project for filling and packing machineries which part of Karawang Project.
- Ensure implementation and start up phases of capital investment projects on manufacturing site and also follow the project based on nestle standards
- Manage contacts with suppliers, technical support at Swiss head office
- Prepare specification and tender documents, review offers, selects suppliers, prepare implementation plans, manage installation, commissioning, training of staff and hand-over to operations team
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Having experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- Experience and knowledge in factory operation and soft pack filling machines (VFFS, HFFS) and packing lines for powdered products.
- Ability to manage people, align and mobilize stakeholders.
- Fluent in English both oral and written

- Review economical and efficient use of resources, and establish operational goals and objectives
- Participates in operational audit to all administrative and operational functions such Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Costing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Human Resources, etc.
- Participate in conducting follow-ups audits to units that get less than satisfactory general impression
- Writes his/ her audits points (findings)
- Presenting his/ her audit findings to local management and management members (Board of Director)

- Control on capital expenditure (vs approved investment budget) for non production area
- Perform monthly product end closign, in the area of product profitability
- Preparation of monthly product income statement
- Preparation of Customer and Contribution statement
- Reconciliation of capital expenditure with general ledger
- Preparation of montly summary table
- S1 in Accounting/ Management/ Finance
- 1-2 years of experience, specifically in management accounting, costing or auditor
- Familiar with SAP is an advantage
- Familiar with Excel and its functions
- Proficient in English
- Having Indonesian citizenship
Qualifications
- Educational background: Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Having experience in factory maintenance
- Having experience in Total Performance Maintenance PM implementation
- Fluent in speaking, listening and writing in English literature
General Qualifications
- Educational background: Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Having experience in production operation
- Having a good skill in speaking, writing and listening Bahasa and English literature
- Willing to travel form factory to factory of Nestle Indonesia all around Indonesia
- Familiar in production machine
- Having a good communication skill
- Having deep knowledge of TPM, production
