- Minimum degree : S1 (S2/Master degree will be advantage).

- General laboratory practices, techniques, safety and equipment associated with core laboratory works.
- Capable of performing laboratory research / study using laboratory instruments.
- Familiar with development geology/geophysics work processes
- Able to identify issues, problems, and opportunities.
- Strong in exploiting technology by challenging paradigms; think expansively and evaluate multi-solutions.
- Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).

Summary of Job / Qualification :
- The positions will reside in a multi-disciplinary early concept design team, and report to the Senior Development Engineer.
- The team will be responsible for CPDEP Phase 1 and 2 opportunities through to Phase 2 concept selection, including exploratory/appraisal opportunities in the Kutai Basin, Indonesia.
- The Ganal and Rapak Deepwater PSC's host the Deepwater Gendalo-Gehem and Bangka projects, which are in CPDEP Phase 3, so development concepts to consider for the new opportunties should include, but not be limited to, tie-backs to the planned future facilites, and/or the existing West Seno production faciliity. These positions will assist in all facility engineering aspects within the team, to provide high quality and consistent facilities field development solutions that will support early CPDEP phase decisions for field development planning for KLO fields and exploration acreage.
- Will contribute to creation of new field Plan of Developments (POD) for submittal to the Government of Indonesia.

Summary of Job / Qualification :
- Experience in project & construction management and execution in oil and gas industry for piping, pipe line, tank, vessel and instrument/electrical
- Demonstrate knowledge of construction practices for oil & gas projects. Capable to conduct independent verification with minimal guidance and ensure the compliance to standards, construction procedures and guideline. Able to understand construction drawings and contract documents in order to coordinate construction activities to assure constructability and safety in design compliance. Manage work progress and cost in construction schedule and regular report
- Have experience in project & construction management, planning, prioritization and coordination in execution of construction or maintenance work that includes monitoring and controlling field work execution, resources (people, equipment, tools and materials), cost and schedule, ensuring safety and quality of work.
- Have experience with directly supervising Business Partners construction crews utilising SOP, Job Safety Analysis & risk assessments, reliability/efficiency improvement to ensure incident free during execution.
- Have good communication and coordination with customers and business partner. Fluent in English is an advantage.
