Management Development Program (MDP)
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from all majors with minimum GPA 2.75
• Active in the organization, both within and outside the campus
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Not married, age maximum 27 years old
• Willing to not married during the MDP education
• Willing to be placed on the BSM network throughout Indonesia

Pelaksana Kesekretariatan - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Min D3 Graduates of PTN / PTS
• Max age 25 years (as of December 31, 2012)
• Fresh graduate priority of the Department of Indonesian- English language/ Administrative Secretary / Finance Administration
• Have experience in administrative / secretarial would be more value
• Having the ability to use Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Have good English skills
• Adept at working
• Domicile Jakarta and surrounding areas

Programmer - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Male / female
• Minimum S1 IT
• Master the programming language PHP / Java / visual.net / Delphi and MySQL or Oracle
• Highly motivated and enjoy challenges

Frontliner - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Maximum age 25 years
• Minimum D3 all majors
• fresh graduate
• Preferably an unmarried

Pelaksana Back Office - Jakarta
Requirements:

Assistant Account Officer - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum D3 all majoring
• Preferably have a minimum 1 year experience as a Sales / Marketing micro banking
• Like the challenge, target oriented and mobile
• Can communicate persuasively
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Computer literate at least MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

Funding Officer - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum S1 all the majoring
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Funding Officer in banking
• Has a broad network
• Having a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products, especially the Islamic banking
• Like the challenge, target oriented and mobile
• Can communicate persuasively
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Computer literate at least MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

Account Officer - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum education S1 all the majoring
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Officer in the banking
• Having a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products, especially the Islamic banking
• Like the challenge, target oriented and mobile
• Can communicate persuasively
• Excellent English both oral and written
